You can also stop in at Skagit Harley-Davidson. and pick up the forms you need, they are in the Customers Lounge. Skagit Harley-Davidson sells all the Chapter Patches and other H.O.G. ® supplies.
To join the North Cascade Washington Chapter you also need to be a National Member of H.O.G. ® if you would like to join our chapter you may print and fill out the online Membership Form and mail it in to address list below or contact our chapter membership officer MEMBERSHIP@NCHOG.COM.
