Lost Photographs

Skagit Harley-Davidson was founded in 1976 outside of Anacortes Washington.  The business remained in that location until the new Burlington store was built in 1998.  We have just discovered that the early photo albums, (between 1976 and 1997), are missing and we are asking for our customers help.  If you have any photographs of the Anacortes store, events, people or rides, please contact Fred Smith at (360) 757-1515.  Fred would like to borrow the pictures to have them scanned and then returned to you.  Your help with this is needed and will also be very much appreciated.  Thank you.

Welcome to the Harley Owners Group family! As Director, North Cascade Washington Chapter, Harley Owners Group, I would like to extend greetings from our members and invite you to join us in discovering the best Harley roads in Washington.

Our Chapter consists of a diverse group of Harley riders from the Canadian border to the South Seattle areas. During our meetings and rides, you will meet people from every walk of life with two major things in common: We are all customers of Skagit Harley-Davidson ; and we all enjoy cruising the highways and byways on Harley-Davidson motorcycles. continued......

The Bird and Buzz the Biker
Buzz was riding his v-twin when he collided with a little bird. Thanks to his helmet Buzz was all right, the bird looked dead but was just knocked-out.. He was a kind man, and took the bird to a doctor. So Buzz, went home, built a coop to put the bird in along with a cup of water and some pieces of stale bread. When the little bird woke up, he looked at the cell, the water and the stale bread, and thinks:
OH NO, I KILLED THE BIKER

H.O.G. CHAPTER ALCOHOL GUIDELINES

Safe and responsible motorcycling activity is a major H.O.G. goal. In this regard:

The consumption and use of alcohol is a serious personal responsibility involving the safety and welfare of family, riding friends and the individual H.O.G. member.

Alcohol consumption before or during motorcycling activity is not safe responsible behavior.

National H.O.G. has no direct operational control over chapter operations. Consumption of alcohol after riding activity or at non-riding events is a matter to be decided by the sponsoring dealership and H.O.G. Chapter leadership. All such decisions are subject to final review and approval by the sponsoring dealership.

If the sponsoring dealer and chapter decide that alcohol may be consumed at a chapter activity, then the recommended approach Is either to "Bring Your Own" or to "Buy Your Own" from a vendor licensed and Insured to sell alcohol.

NOTICE:
THE CHAPTER GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY Does NOT Provide LIQUOR LIABILITY COVERAGE.

NOTICE:

North Cascade Washington Chapter #5369 no alcohol will be consumed before or during and rides that North Cascade Washington Chapter is involved with.
